How Do: Line of Action + Anatomy Quick Fix by Astrokind How Do: Line of Action + Anatomy Quick Fix by Astrokind
Edit: Btw. Don't. Touch. The lineart. ;D Final piece:

LAUGHS BECAUSE AWFUL TUTORIAL.

Really this is an awful tutorial, but basically, for better poses go crazy. Draw weird poses. Once you draw out of control, you can then get it in control. Forget anatomy, we'll fix it later. Look at PHOTO STOCK IMAGES! It's really helpful. DON'T REFERENCE FROM DRAWINGS! For one, some people may not like that! And two, you could be learning the artist's mistake!

I think it's a really good tutorial, but you actually dont use the line of action you create in the start. The thing about a line of action is that it should be the expression of the main flow of the whole body, but when you bend the back and stomach like you do on your character, it breaks the LOA and makes an S-curve in stead. If you look at the other tutoarials of Spongebob etc., you can see how the line goes down through the whole body. Studying animation and life drawing, I have had it beaten into my head :) The way you have made the tutorial, though, is really good :)
